Hola,

hace ya algo de tiempo que no publico. Un poco de desidia por el calor, otro poco por no tener más material precisamente por eso y nuevos retos me mantienen ocupado. En resumen, que esto irá lento pero irá. Como nuevo reto para esta nueva temporada voy a empezar a publicar en inglés con lo que las entradas serán algo más cortas pero bilingües. Un saludo a todos.

welcome to my blog. If you were an old visitor or follower you will notice I've been some time without no new news. Some projects and a summer warmer than ever have kept me busy and without no new material for a while. In any case, you will notice new articles will not be posted as frequent as I'd like but it will go. As a new deal I will start posting in english so posting will be bilingual. Agosto / August 2014

El árbol no para de crecer, en concreto la primera rama y por lo tanto se continuó con el modelado
The tree did not stop growing, concretely the first branch, therefor styling was continued.

Noviembre / November 2014

Se aclara lo que sobra y se había dejado crecer y se mantienen los tirasabias para engrose (concretamente de las ramas más bajas).

Some branches were removed because they were out of design, some "growing" branches were still in the tree (concretly first branches on the left and on the right).

Marzo / March 2015

Se podan muchas ramas a una o dos yemas salvo las ramas bajas para incrementar la ramificación.
All branches were prunned at the first or the second bud in order to increase the branching out. Of course except lower branches.

Julio / July 2015

Aunque parezca que se ha perdido la forma del árbol el trabajo sigue ahí. Simplemente se eliminó lo que sobraba para dejar creciendo lo que es interesante. Los pinzados vendrán en el mes siguiente

Even though it seems that the shape was lost, the work is still there. I only removed useless branches and left interesting branches. Prunnings will come in the following month.

Agosto / August 2015

Se han trabajado por fin las dos grandes heridas de poda. Se han hecho dos pequeños sabamikis no muy profundos. Además se ha colocado todo excepto el ápice que será objeto del siguiente artículo de este blog.

Finally deadwood works were carried out in the two big old cuttings. Two little sabamikis were carved in the wood.  Besides all the branches were put in place accordin my design.

Hasta aquí por hoy. En breve voy a remodelar completamente el ápice de modo que se achate algo más el árbol, por esa razón no he pinzado arriba ya que tengo que ver que brote hará de continuación. Pero eso será materia de otro artículo. Gracias por leer!!

I think it is enough for today. I have to renew completely the apex part of the tree with the aim to reduce the tree height. This is the reason to not prun the tree till I decide which branch will be the new apex. But this will be matter of a new post. Thanks for Reading!!
