If I look at this olea I would have some alternatives to plant in in. For example a rockbowl ? Una maceta de roca ? Look at http://felsenschalen.blogspot.com/, there are several examples as you drawn it at the picture. If you have some special forms in mind, contact me and I will give you an answer ;-).

Thanls for your comments avicenna, this olea is simply beautiful! I only regret I'm not the owner ;-) but a friend who lets me often be close to the olea ;-) or even drawing a bit its gorgeous future
